Q: I am embarrassed that my house is such a mess. Will you judge or criticize me?

A: We will absolutely not judge or criticize you because of any situation in your home or office. We understand that our clients have a lot going on in their lives and sometimes projects go unfinished and stuff accumulates. We do not see it as a personal failing if you need help organizing. That’s what we’re here for.

Q: I don’t think I’m that messy but I just need help with a couple of small things. Can you still help?

A: No job is too big or too small. We will spend only the amount of time you need to help you get organized. We do not have a minimum number of hours nor do we work under a contract.

Q: I have a small house. I just don’t know where to put everything. How will you figure that out?

A: We are experts at maximizing the space you have. We can also help you figure out what you might have in your house that you don’t actually need and we will arrange for donation, consignment, recycling, or sale of unwanted items.

Q: I’m afraid you might throw out something important. How can I make sure you don’t?

A: We will never throw away or discard anything without your permission. When we go through your stuff we will sort it into piles according to our recommendations for what you might do with it, and then invite you to review everything before we take anything out of your house.

Q: I’m not sure what I need. Where should I start?

A: When you call us we will arrange for a mutually convenient time to visit your home or office and assess the situation. We will give you a free estimate of what work may need to be done and how long we think it might take. We can look at any project in your home or office that you might want help with. You do not have to commit to doing everything at once. You can ask us to start small or take care of everything.

Q: I’m moving to a new house/new office and I’m totally overwhelmed. Can you help?

A: Coordinating personal or business moves are one of our specialties. We will take care of all the details before, during, and after the move.

Q: My financial records are a mess. Are you qualified to help with that?

A: We have years of experience in tax accounting and can capably organize tax documents, insurance claims, expense reports, and other financial paperwork. We can set up or clean up financial record-keeping software on your computer and help you get back on track.

Q: How long will this take?

A: The duration of our work with you depends on what you want to accomplish. It isn't necessary to try to do everything. Sometimes seeing a portion of your problem corrected spurs you to do more of the tasks yourself, or continue to work with us. The duration of the work also depends on what we're organizing; how often you want to get together or have us work alone, and how long each session is to be. Several things can be tackled in only one day. Projects may seem overwhelming to you, but they are not too much for a professional organization company.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: We will visit you and give you a free estimate for the work you want done. You’ll find that our prices are competitive, and often lower than others, because our own drive to work efficiently keeps our overhead down.  We will provide you with a contract stating the cost and the understandings between us about the obligations we have to each other.  We will do all that it takes to make sure you are satisfied in the end.  When you compare the cost of organizing to the time and money you waste being disorganized, you’ll find yourself ahead in the long run.  And, peace of mind and the sense of control over your environment that you gain is priceless.
